Rames is from London.
Allah guided him through a verse which indicates His Power SWT
and His Almighty power in creation..
He came back to Allah..
and began the path of light with the Book of Allah..
Rames didn’t know anything about Allah SWT..
other than the punishment that he would get from Allah if he does a mistake!
He was living away from Islam..
The first time he heard the Qur’an..
was when he visited his uncle in Turkey
Once, he traveled to America
escaping all his acquaintances..
He wanted to be alone..he felt..
that something is missing in his life..
He wasn’t content..wasn’t happy..
one night, at America..
He was totally submitted to his Lord.
‘By the merciful guidance of my Lord’
‘The beauty covers the spring of my heart’
‘And turns my feelings and my path green’
‘Even how I look, all that is because of the guidance’

Allah SWT says:

I remembered a great example in surat Al-Haj
Allah SWT says:
“O people, an example is presented, so listen to it.”
“Indeed, those you invoke besides Allah will never create [as much as] a fly, even if they gathered together for that purpose.”
” And if the fly should steal away from them a [tiny] thing, they could not recover it from him.”
” Weak are the pursuer and pursued.”
“They have not appraised Allah with true appraisal.”
“Indeed, Allah is Powerful and Exalted in Might.”
“His command is only when He intends a thing that He says to it, ‘Be,’ and it is.”
Allah SWT emphasizes in this verse,
that when He wants anything, He just say to it “Be” and it is!
Only once!
and it is!
Because no one can object to His will, SWT
No one can disobey His order.
He is ” the One, the Prevailing.”
The one with all the power and the Compeller,
there is no deity worthy of worship except for Allah and no Lord other than Him.

Rames started to give extra attention to the Qur’an very late in his life
Rames says so..and he is sorry for that to happen
although he was very much occupied by other Islamic studies..
But, later, he realized that
learning the Qur’an is the priority..
So, he started to focus on the Qur’an when he was more than forty
‘Oh whiff of the Qur’an, spread your scent’

‘If not for the guidance, I wouldn’t had enough,’
“O you who have believed, fear Allah as He should be feared”
“and do not die except as Muslims [in submission to Him].”
“And hold firmly to the rope of Allah all together and do not become divided.”
” And remember the favor of Allah upon you -”
‘Glory to the one I have returned to’
‘Both His hands are stretched welcoming us ‘
‘I dropped all my sins in front of Him’
‘Oh Allah, forgive me doing these sins’
He started to do Dawa work…and he got much involved on it!
And he traveled several times to introduce Islam
I liked his way of Dawa.
And the way he converses with Non-Muslims!
Unfortunately, some Daee’s..
If they are to debate with Non-Muslims..
They talk to him as if he is a person who is Muslim!
Rames had a bad experience with his friends..
So, he learned that the brotherhood in Islam is the strongest friendship in the world.
‘The path seemed filled with thorns’
‘Until it was quenched with the morning moist’
‘So did the heart that pleased You ‘
‘..oh Allah, when it absorbed Your guidance’
