We as Muslims believe in Jesus (Peace be upon him) as a prophet sent from God, we believe in him being miraculously born from virgin Mary:<\/p>\n

And [mention] the one who guarded her chastity, so We blew into her [garment] through Our angel [Gabriel], and We made her and her son a sign for the worlds. (Holy Quran 21:91).<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Moreover, there is a chapter in the Quran called the chapter of Mary. This chapter talked about the birth of Jesus (Peace be upon him). Muslims believe in the miracles God gave to Jesus (Peace be upon him) that he spoke while he was only a baby, healed those born blind, healed the lepers, revived the dead, breathed life into a bird made of clay, the Quran mentioned all these miracles and we acknowledge it. \u00a0All Muslims love Jesus (Peace be upon him) because these are the teachings of the Quran.<\/p>\n

\"Jesus<\/a><\/p>\n

Jesus is neither God nor the Son of God<\/h3>\n

But at the same time we can\u2019t say that he is God. God is mightier than being incarnated to a man who comes out of his mother, then grows as a baby, eats, enters the bathroom, gets tired,\u2026..etc. God is mightier than\u00a0having a son<\/a>, all these beliefs were found after Jesus (Peace be upon him) and Jesus (Peace be upon him) is totally innocent from saying this. Jesus never said that even in the Bible<\/a> as the next articles shall illustrate.<\/p>\n

171.O People of the Scripture, do not commit excess in your religion or say about All\u0101h except the truth. The Messiah, Jesus, the son of Mary, was but a messenger of All\u0101h and His word which He directed to Mary and a soul [created at a command] from Him. So believe in All\u0101h and His messengers. And do not say, “Three”; desist \u2013 it is better for you. Indeed, All\u0101h is but one God. Exalted is He above having a son. To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. And sufficient is All\u0101h as Disposer of affairs. 172.\u00a0Never would the Messiah disdain to be a servant of All\u0101h, nor would the angels near [to Him]. And whoever disdains His worship and is arrogant \u2013 He will gather them to Himself all together. (Holy Quran 4:171-172)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Jesus was not Crucified<\/h3>\n

We believe that Jesus wasn\u2019t crucified\u00a0<\/a>but God saved him from crucifixion, and his appearance was put on someone else( most probably Judas), so that they thought that they were crucifying Jesus, but actually they were not, and he was raised to Heaven. Look at what the Quran says:<\/p>\n

And for their disbelief(the Jews) and for their uttering against Mary a grievous calumny; 157. And for their saying, `We did slay the Messiah, Jesus, son of Mary, the Messenger of ALLAH;\u2019 whereas they slew him not, nor did they bring about his death upon the cross, but he was made to appear to them like one crucified; and those who differ therein are certainly in a state of doubt about it; they have no certain knowledge thereof, but only pursue conjecture; and they did not arrive at a certainty concerning it(Holy Quran 4:156-157)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The next articles\u00a0shall discuss these points in detail and prove that there is no solid evidence showing that Jesus is God or Son of God or that he was crucified.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
